Client FATAL ERROR

Need help!

I'm not able to open the client, as soon as I open it, it presents FATAL ERROR "Unable to find working directory (or data.zip)", I really need help, because I bought premium points and I'm not using it.

try to reset the client and dawnload agien with zip and dawnload zip file from google

I already did that, it also didn't work, I thought it was a problem on my computer, but I downloaded the client from another wbdbo server and it worked.
