Problems with the client

Hi, can someone help me
i cant enter to the game, when i open the client and the update finish appear a message "a fatal error ocurred" and then i opne again and show the same then i try to open again and appear another message " aplication crashed" and i cant open the client.
can someone help?:c

Try to turn off your antyvirus , and try again , maybe he blocked your client.
If no fixed after off antyvirus try to unpacked again client maybe that's work

hola yo tengo un problema parecido , solo que mi cliente no se actualiza y solo me pide la actualizacion y que reinicie el cliente para actualizar pero no se actualiza y pues no puedo entrar al juego.,
Si alguien me puede ayudar con eso me seria de gran ayuda.
