If you've finished the Barman missions and unlocked the daily rate, you're probably ready to start the missions with John Shelby!
Go to +1 of the VIP Island Temple and talk to John Shelby (CAUTION! If you haven't opened the mission and talked to him, saying hi and yes, you'll probably die and lose levels! So make sure you read and finish the pub quests first!)
Meet John Shelby and tell him you're interested in joining the farm.

John Shelby's request will be to leave town and meet up with the Fishermen to deal with the problems he hasn't been able to solve due to the drunkenness we've seen in the Barman's last few missions. Go to the west gate and you'll now be able to leave the city through the gate.
Leaving the city, follow the blue line until you reach the star and meet Fisherman Leif Erikson.
First Task: Our mission will be to kill the monsters we meet on the way here, go out, kill 1000 of them and return to Erikson to report your mission. As you can see on the map that shows us the way, there are several hills filled with these monsters. Enjoy the hunt!
Tip: The southernmost mountain is the largest and is full of monsters. Enjoy.
After completing the mission, report this to Erikson.

Second Task: Fisherman Topper has a problem with his fishing rod and Erikson asks you to help him.
Walk to Erikson's south-westernmost house and talk to Topper
Our task is to return to town and check what has happened to the supply of fishing rods and why they haven't arrived. You'll need 10x New Fishing Rods.
Go to the Warehouse where the Warehouse Manager npc is, to the right of the apple farm and ask about the shipment of rods.
When you get there, he will charge you a fee of 30 rubles for the delay in finding the shipment, pay up, receive the items and return to Topper to complete your mission.
When you get there, don't remove all the sticks from your Purse and hand in the mission without having all the sticks in your BP to guarantee an achievement, then hand it in as normal and you'll receive your rewards.

Returning to the main missions, return to Erikson and tell him that you helped Topper with his problem, receive your reward and return after 10 minutes for your next mission.

Third Mission: Erikon has lost his gold compass and asks you to go to Korshaan Island to talk to the Blacksmith and make another one. He'll give you 100 Gold Ores and tell you to get the rest of the materials yourself.
Go to Small City and take Dederin's boat to Korshaan Island. Once there, go to Huno, the Blacksmith.
Take the 100 Gold Ores and get 25 Raw Steel to make the compass. This material can be dropped from the bandits on the island to the far east with little effort.
Once you have the materials, talk to Huno again, say create and go to the Others tab as in the image below and create a compass for Erikson.
When you've finished your work, return to Erikson and hand over the compass.

Return to him in a few minutes for the fourth mission.

Fourth Mission: This is the longest mission. Our mission is to collect 100 apples, 100 hare meats and 100 normal meats.
The apples on the left side of the Warehouse, as we did before for Fenton.

The 100 meats can easily be bought from a food merchant in Small City or on the planet Lude, for example.
Finished, report the mission.

Last Mission: You'll receive 3 Abyssal Annihilation Scrolls and have the mission of killing a Shadowbeast. The NPC's lines are scary, but a level 200k can easily kill one of these creatures, so follow the map below, go through the door and finish off one of these beasts.
Tip: If you go to the end of the path on the right just after the door, you'll find a chest containing 25 rubies.
After killing just one of the creatures, go back to report your mission to Erikson.
Erikson will tell you that you've finished here, giving you 3 more abyssal scrolls and saying that the fish supplies have returned to the town as normal. Return to town to report your mission to Shelby at the pool table on the first floor of the VIP Island temple.
Congratulations! You've reached the end of this tutorial and finished Peaky Blinders Act 1.
