Regeneration

Hello after seeing that the Spell Regeneration is based on LvL. And we can get a huge chunk of Hp in Rookgard. Would it be better to make Regeneration based on Hp, for example, we start with 2,5% on level 1 5%, and so on. What is guy's opinion on it?

tere is achivments for betther regen but for some reason it ony for whis and i don`t know why admin still did not change this
