item disapear

Is there a possibility that items will disappear from the inventory?
I had 4 exp tickets, I used one (which was when I asked you that if you restarted the server it would reappear in the place) and I disconnected at the end of the 4 hours of the ticket
I just reconnected and instead of 3 I have 2 exp tickets, 1 holy cake also disappeared but that doesn't matter

Hi, when there is a reboot then after it you reappear on the map from the Ticket map, and nothing can disappear from the backpack by itself.
