God Buff - Critical Shoots
Increase critical chance to 100%, decrease attack speed by 60 points and you have 20% chance to miss hit for 20 seconds. Ki Level: 120, Soul: 150, Cooldown: 2m
Perfect Sniper was activated, you have 100 percents chance to deal damage from distance weapon and every 1 second you lose 12 soul points.
I'm here to make a proposition, if we activate the "Perfect Sniper" spell we get 100% chance to hit from our distance weapon but while we use our god buff, this no longer applies.
Is the 20% miss chance suppose to affect the perfect sniper? Making it a 80% chance to hit.
My proposition is to make that, if Perfect Sniper is activated, we can't miss our hits.
